The Select-A-Rad Tube Notcher / Belt Grinder uses a 75mm wide belt to notch 50 DIA handrails and smaller. Cartridges from 20 to 75 DIA can be changed in 8 seconds. Functions are similar to Radius Master. A great all-round workshop machine, however not suitable for knife-making.

TRIZACT finishing belts (measured in microns) Light flexible backing.
A45 (400 grit) A32 (800 grit) A16 (1300 grit) A6 (2000 grit) flexible backing cannot be used on sharp corners. Always use with cutting edges facing down. Shaving sharp results are guaranteed with A6.
3M 577F (for stainless steel) Heavy polyester backing. A soft bond belt that breaks down more rapidly to prevent glazing on stainless also good for larger surface areas. Not suitable for sharpening or precision notching.
TEXTURING BELTS (e .g. Scotchbrite) Medium, Fine, Super Fine, Polishing.
Fine finishing & blending to match all stainless finish specs
